Standard Components:
- The machine features three servo motors that respectively control the front conveying, rear conveying, and sealing knife, ensuring more precise and tight cooperation. The self-developed servo motor is designed entirely according to the machine's structure and application, making it very durable and allowing the whole machine to run almost silently. The heating source uses a stainless steel heating tube, which has a long service life. It adopts an anti-stick and high-temperature sealing knife, formed in one piece to make the sealing stronger and more beautiful. The outside of the knife is coated with a Teflon non-stick film.
- The temperature control of the sealing knife employs a Japanese ''OMRON'' digital display temperature controller and imported heat-sensitive sensor, allowing the temperature to be adjustable from 0-300°C. The sealing knife protection uses German ''SICK'' technology to effectively prevent mis-sealing of packaging objects. The sealing and cutting size features electric adjustment of the horizontal sealing knife height. The drive system uses a servo motor, developed independently to ensure the machine runs smoothly and ensures stronger and more stable sealing. The edge sealing system employs a ''Taiwan AirTAC'' cylinder to ensure firm and accurate sealing.
- The Zhongda motor ensures high-speed and stable conveying, stable film feeding, and accurate and uniform recycling of waste materials. The detection system uses an American ''Banner'' photoelectric sensor to accurately and sensitively detect product transportation and stop. The recycling sensor switch employs German ''SICK'' technology to accurately control the recycling time of waste materials, while the film feeding sensor switch uses ''FOOSN'' to accurately control the film feeding length. Multiple hole punches are included to quickly expel the air inside the bag when shrinking. The machine's mechanical components are made of carbon steel and painted, with key parts made of stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a solid structure. The surface treatment adopts anti-corrosion structural materials and is sprayed with plastic or nickel plating.
