  • This machine is mainly used to package semi-finished products, such as bottles, cans, and boxes. When these bottles, cans, and boxes are not filled with products, they need to be covered with a layer of film to protect the appearance of the product. This prevents damage to the appearance of the bottles, cans, and boxes during shipping. The machine uses a moving knife that is installed vertically and at a 90-degree angle to the conveying surface. When it senses the presence of bottles, cans, and boxes, it cuts the bags while moving to increase the packaging speed.
  • The heating source uses a stainless steel heating tube, which has a long service life. It adopts an anti-stick and high-temperature sealing knife, which is formed in one piece to make the sealing stronger and more beautiful. The outside of the knife is coated with Teflon non-stick film. The temperature control of the sealing knife uses a Japanese ''OMRON'' digital display temperature controller and an imported heat-sensitive sensor, with an adjustable temperature range from 0-300°C. The sealing knife protection adopts German ''SICK'' technology to effectively prevent incorrect sealing of packaging objects.
  • The cylinder uses Taiwan SHAKO or AirTAC cylinders to ensure firm and accurate sealing. The driving system uses Uda servo sealing and cutting to ensure firm and stable sealing. The film pulling system adopts Uda stepper motors to ensure firm and accurate sealing. The conveying motor uses a planetary integrated servo motor to ensure high-speed and stable conveying. The traverse motor adopts a Uda servo motor to ensure high-speed and stable transportation. The material dividing and anti-returning motors are controlled by INVT inverters and are medium-sized motors to ensure high-speed and smooth conveying. 
  • The film feeding motor uses a medium-sized motor to ensure high-speed and stable transportation. The film feeding induction and detection adopt American ''Banner'' photoelectric sensors to accurately and sensitively detect product transportation and stop. The material distribution induction switch uses a German ''SICK'' photoelectric sensor to accurately and sensitively detect product transportation and stop. Additionally, multiple hole punches quickly expel the air inside the bag when shrinking. The surface treatment uses anti-corrosion structural materials and is sprayed with plastic or nickel plating. Mechanical parts are made of carbon steel sprayed with plastic, and key parts are made of stainless steel plates and aluminum profiles to ensure a solid structure.
